What is KARB and how does it help track finances?
KARB is a personal finance tracking app that lives right inside Telegram. Send an expense as text or a photo of a receipt, and the bot recognizes the amount and category automatically. No spreadsheets: all your expenses, income and analytics in one chat.
How do I connect my bank to KARB?
Connecting your bank takes a minute via the official bank API. After that, transactions are imported automatically and AI sorts them into categories. Your card details stay with the bank — KARB never sees them.
Can I track expenses without connecting a bank?
Yes. You can log expenses manually — just message the bot «Coffee 5» or send a photo of a receipt. KARB recognizes the amount and category on its own; connecting a bank is optional.
Is it safe to connect my bank card?
Yes. The connection runs through the official bank API, so KARB sees neither passwords nor full card details. Data is sent over a secure channel (HTTPS), and you can wipe everything with a single command.
How does AI transaction categorization work?
Every expense is analyzed by AI, which assigns a category — groceries, cafes, transport and so on. Over time it adapts to your habits, so you never have to sort transactions by hand.
